A certain ISP has been awarded Service Provider of The Year and Broadband Service Provider of The Year. Yeah right! Those lame fuckers can’t even maintain a proper connection which offers a steady speed. And what a lovely customer support team they have…. “Just a minute… We are keying in your report now.” How many fucking times do I have to fucking report the fucking problem? I just can’t connect at my own leisure, you assholes! Every time the DSL light starts blinking and refuses to stay still, I gotta wait for at least 15 minutes before they are back on.

Oh yeah! They once said that 1% of their users are using 30% of the bandwidth. So what? We paid for the bandwidth, didn’t we? Don’t we deserve to get what we paid for? Sheeesshhh! At least give me HALF of what is fucking promised. Damn. Broadband Service Provider of The Year… Hahahha… that’s a great laugh.

It’s such a hard task to maintain a steady connection for at least 4 or 5 hours straight. I’m a hardcore user, and I demand that my hard-earned money must me put to maximum use. TM Nut is nothing but cock stories. All these promotions every other while just proves that their broadband penetration is well below the government’s target. It is even confirmed by the statistics published. Thus, they should have plenty of bandwidth left for use, shouldn’t they? SO what this deal I heard about limiting torrent downloads and all? It’s like my dad giving me his car and tells me “Go wherever you want, do whatever you. I’ve installed special software which will make sure you cannot drive above 40 km/h and it also has only RM 20 worth of fuel in it, and the refilling point is locked. ENJOY!”
