The Past Days of Goblok-land

I remember a time when Goblok-land was:

  1. Where the Prime Minister had adequate economic knowledge when setting up the national budget
  2. Where no one would burn the national flag, but would burn for it
  3. Where no one waved daggers in political meetings with warning to a particular race
  4. Where all the interest of all races was carefully managed
  5. Where education was solid, and university standards were ranked among the big guns of the world
  6. Where justice is served swiftly to criminals
  7. Where tax evasion can put you behind bars
  8. Where students respected teachers, and teachers cared for students
  9. Where anyone can practice any religion
  10. Where the government crushed the opposition’s arguments with hard facts and professional debating
  11. Where freedom of speech was truly free
  12. Where policemen were friends, and not corrupt
  13. Where badminton was a good medal candidates in tournaments
  14. Where football was the nation’s pride
  15. Where effeminate men were still considered good teachers
  16. Where elected representatives hold their dignity and professionalism in and out of parliament
  17. Where jobs were given based on skills
  18. Where religion was not used to incite hate and animosity
  19. Where public outcries against national funds’ mismanagement would make something get done quick
  20. Where corruption was not rampant and people went by the book
  21. Where a real national hero would be the one who raises the national flag on the Independence Day function, not some dumb-ass punk
  22. Where the goddamn Prime Minister pays fucking attention and doesn’t sleep in the parliament and doesn’t fucking runaway to a foreign country every time some shit happens in Goblok-land and doesn’t appoint top officials based on favouritism.

I cry for my dear Goblok-land……… A lot more rues in my heart, but some are too sensitive to be put here. You are welcomed to add in your own remembrance of the times where Goblok-land was used to be something it is not today.

You list 22 valid reasons why Goblok-land aka Malaisea Boleh-land truly is pathetic weak shadow of it’s former glorious self.
