I’m Back & I Have A New Phone!!!

Yippee-ka-yay!!! Kav is back! Yeah yeah… It’s hasn’t been that long, but this was yet another Deepavali break I will not forget. Why?! Coz as I said in my previous post, I bought me a new phone on Deepavali eve! It was a perfect deal for me, and I was very elated to get it. After 3 days in my kampung in Ipoh, I’m back to ol’ Klang, reunited again with the stupid traffic jam in Klang Town due to the planned construction of the 3rd bridge. But let’s delve back into the story of my new phone!

It’s a Sony Ericsson K810i. It’s a cool camera phone, and yes, it’s from the Cybershot line! I was planning for a mid-range camera phone, and I found this one to be perfect for me. I know it’s not the cool K850i, with the 5 megapixel cam, but my new K810i packs a pretty mean punch with a 3.2 megapixel Cybershot camera. Take a look at ‘em pics!

Look at it’s oh-so-shiny-and-reflective surface… It smudges easily, but it’s not very visible. Moving on…

The blue-light accentuated center looks incredibly great. And the keypad design is such a killer look. They are spaced quite far from each other, yet typing a message is a breeze. The camera button is located in the middle on the right side, with the volume/zoom keys on the top of the right side. The left side has a button that will bring you back to the last media played, and moving a little bit below that, we’ll come to the M2 Memory Stick hot-swap port.

Finally, its the camera. 3.2 Megapixels, with Cybershot technology. Luckily I got me a 1 Gigabyte memory stick, which is absolutely enough for my minor camwhoring tendencies now and then. And take a gander at that flash. Yep! A Xenon flash! Not some scrappy LED which illuminates for a distance of 3 feet, but a full fledged Xenon flash. Ouch! How cool is that?!!!

PS: ALL THESE PICS WRE TAKEN WITH MY BROTHER’S SONY ERICSSON K750i. IT’S A 2 MEGAPIXEL CAMERA PHONE WHICH ACTUALLY MANAGES TO GRAB GOOD PICS, BUT APPARANTLY NOT GOOD ENOUGH AS THE K810i…. SORRY BRO!
