After the previous episode of fever, flu, and a bad case of shaken self-confidence, I’ve recovered both physically AND emotionally and dare say that I’m going strong again. And what else is more relaxing that poking fun at others?

Well, there seems to odd days where we get totally engrossed in our current form and situation, that we start comparing ourselves, either to our past self or even to someone else…. heck, we do comparisons even on a night in the pasar malam every weekend wen we see a large obese man stuffing his face wit a deep-fried burger (u can get those in kedah…), and we start saying to ourselves “uh huh… that’s gross… i’d never do that! im so prim and proper!”…

but we ALL know the truth… as soon as we get back home, we open up the packet of Twisties and plop right in front of the TV… and therein begins a little war between ur hands and ur mouth…

we “simpletons” sometimes also compare ourselves to celebrities… but we ALL know that the outcome usually aint wat makes us happy… so at least for now, why dont we try comparing 2 people, and keep ourselves outta the equation? hahaha… (***devilish smirk***)

I’m sitting here at the office with a terrible case of the sniffles. My nose feels like it’s gonna blow up. My nasal cavities feels like it’s bloated. And I’m running a slight temperature. Ok, it’s not so slight. And I feel woozy.

Damn, I am aledi feeling woozy. Yesterday was a crappy day. I took the day off just to attend an event that might have been the catalyst for a big change in my life. After about 2 hours, the event ended, leaving me drained emotionally. I had a lot of thoughts running in my mind. It made me think about my chosen career path. A weakness I had in my area of expertise was exposed. A weakness I didn’t know I had.

Guys, I was really pondering on the notion of proposing to someone to become one’s girlfriend/boyfriend. What are the factors that we look for? I wish you don’t answer me with “oh… he must a caring person” or “she must really be a sweet girl” or “he must be a person who will love me forever and ever and ever”. Bla-bla-fucking-bla. I’m talking about what REALLY makes you attracted to a specific guy/gal.

Online games was something that I once promised myself that I would NEVER play. OH BOY, WAS I WRONG OR WHAT?!!! It’s been nearly a month since my colleague Iskandar introduced me to this devilishly wicked (by wicked, I mean COOL) game. All I can say is, Warcraft can go fuck itself (IMHO). This game rocks better than that crazy Warcraft world (again, IMHO). Now, you might be wondering what game is this. Wonder no more. It’s called Lineage 2. LINEAGE 2. Just to reiterate my point, folks.

Now, I have a friend who’s been playing WoW for some time now, and he laments about the WoW account fees. Hah! Sorry dude, but I don’t do that. No lamenting, or burning a hole in my wallet just to pay for the account fees. WHY, you ask me… Simple. I play in a private server. Yeah, private servers are a great gift to avid gamers like me. And this particular that I play in is FREEEEEEEE!!!!! Yeah, FREEEEEE!!!! Have I driven that into your head yet?! FREEEEEEE!!!

The simple thought of self education seems a bit too hard to handle for some people. But in reality, many people fail to realise in the first place the rudimentary meaning to the phrase of “self education”. In simple terms, and also my POV, “self education” means the act of learning any new subject stemming from the efforts of oneself with the intention of gaining more knowledge on that said subject. Well, isn’t that a handful?

As I had iterated before, self-education among Malaysians is something to be addressed upon. Don’t we owe it to ourself to self-educate? Now, self-educating can also bring meaning in a larger context, such as a self-educating community. You might be wondering why am I drilling this topic now. Simple answer. Our self-education level is at a deplorable state.
