GOBLOKology Chapter 1: Getting Elected to Office and Staying There

I was thinking of writing my first book. You know the books about thought-provoking issues like socio-politics, regional ethnicities, or even economical situations? The ones which make you think twice about what’s going on in our country and engages the readers with its clear-cut points and stirring comments? The ones where non-fiction enthusiasts sit over and have an in-depth discussion about for hours? Yeah. My book is totally NOT going to be like that at all. I’m gonna call it GOBLOKology: Inside Goblokland. Has a nice ring to it, doesn’t it?

So, how do you get elected to office in Goblokland? And also, getting elected isn’t the icing on the cake. You gotta STAY there as well. Getting there and staying there. How? Well, there are many popular ways to do it. Let’s have a look at some of them, shall we?

Happy Deepavali

Well, I know I’ve been quite absent from blogging after the convocation. Just been a bit busy at work and not mention the fact that I am having an empty mind right now which disables me from cooking up weird stories for you to read.

Today is Deepavali eve, and well, tomorrow is the big day. The celebration of the notion of good defeats evil, light triumphing over darkness.

I’ll save you from the agony of my rhetorics for now, at least until after Deepavali. I am not celebrating it in a grand manner this year, due to the death of my maternal grandfather this March. It is customary to hold-up any celebrative occasion during the course of th 1st year of death of any close relative.

Nevertheless, my wishes will be with all, and my prayers shall be for all. To all my friends, fellow bloggers, enemies, lovers and co-stars of my porno movies, I wish you a very Happy Deepavali and happy holidays. It is with all my hearth that I wish that the light will always envelope your life and get rid of the darkness.

My Graduation - AIMST University Inaugural Convocation Ceremony

So here I am, now a confirmed graduate after receiving my scroll from my university after waiting for almost two years. I’ve also got my license already. The license to what, you’d ask. I’ll leave it to your own interpretation. You’ll be able to discern it soon after a few weeks worth of articles.

So, now, I’m officially a graduate from AIMST University. Let me just clear one thing for some of you. This post is not about MIC. It is about the university and its inaugural convocation ceremony, which I fully endorse on the basis that it is the education that I received from there that prepared me well for the working world. This post is about sharing my joy with you with some of the photos I took.

I’m Off To My Convocation!

I’ve been keeping this post until the last minute possible. I’m finally going to get my convocation ceremony.

*** waiting till the laughter dies down ***

Here’s the big story. I’m a graduate from AIMST University. I finished my final semester back in December 2006. I was in the 1st batch of Information Technology students to graduate from AIMST. I started working back in March 2007, and in February 2008, I jumped to my current job which I love so much. So it’s been a 20-month wait for me, and even longer for some students from a different course who graduated before me.

I Wanna Be A Pornstar

Being a pornstar in Malaysia isn’t easy. Too many restrictive laws, eh? Hehehe…

There are some people, though, who have made it into the limelight. We can all remember the famous airline employee and his Malaysian-made romp flick. Frankly, I dunno why the authorities made such a fuss about the VCD anyways. The government wanted Malaysians to buy Malaysian-made products all the while. And when they did (albeit from a blond-haired VCD peddler in Petaling Street), they created a big hoo-haa. Hypocrites, if you ask me.
