I’m Off To My Convocation!
I’ve been keeping this post until the last minute possible. I’m finally going to get my convocation ceremony.
*** waiting till the laughter dies down ***
Here’s the big story. I’m a graduate from AIMST University. I finished my final semester back in December 2006. I was in the 1st batch of Information Technology students to graduate from AIMST. I started working back in March 2007, and in February 2008, I jumped to my current job which I love so much. So it’s been a 20-month wait for me, and even longer for some students from a different course who graduated before me.
Well, the convocation is on this Wednesday, the 15th of October. Kinda weird huh? A convocation ceremony in the middle of the week. Still, this is something that more than 270 students have been waiting for for a long time, and the day is finally here. And guess who’ll be presenting me my scroll? The man himself. Dato’ Seri S. Samy Vellu. Comments reserved till next time.

I’ll be leaving to Sg. Petani tonight, as I have a rehearsal tomorrow. Will only be back on Saturday or Sunday, depending on the situation (i.e. whether there are parties or not). I’ll be sure to bring in the pics too. Of course, the ones in Facebook will be more “engaging”. Hahahaha.
